Q1: Are you a factory or trading company ?
A: We are factory, specialized in solid wood furniture for living room,dining room and bedroom.Our factory covering more than 25000 square meters. You are welcomed to visit us.
Q2: Can you accept sample order ?
A: Yes,we can provide most of the product samples,but we will charge a little model fee,we will pay it back when you place bulk order.By the way,Express freight should be collected by your side.
Q3: How long will my goods be warranty ?
A: We have 5 years warranty under the correct us. We have 5 years warranty for chair frame.
Q4: How does your factory do regarding quality control ?
A: Quality and service is our culture,we have very skillful workers and strong QC team, most of the processes are full inspection.
Q5: Can I mix items in one container ?
A: Generally we try to satisfy all request from clients, you can mix 5 items.If you want mix more,pls allow us to check it again.
Q6: Can you produce according to the samples ?
A: Yes,we can produce by your samples,but frist of all we should confirm the surface and size whether we can produced.You'd better send us your samples or technical drawings.
Q7: What is your minimum order quantity ?
A: We have the detail MOQ for each item. But we also accept the sample and LCL order. If the quantity of single item can't reach the MOQ, the price should be sample price.
Q8: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there ?
